Generative question answering

We propose a query-based generative model for solving both tasks of question generation (QG) and question answering (QA). The model follows the classic encoder-decoder framework. The encoder takes a passage and a query as input then performs query understanding by matching the query with the passage from multiple perspectives. Question Answering (QA) is an important task to evaluate the reading comprehension capacity of an intelligent system and can be directly applied to real applications such as search engines (kwiatkowski-etal-2019-natural) and dialogue systems (reddy-etal-2019-coqa; choi-etal-2018-quac).This paper studies extractive QA which is a specific type of QA; i.e., answering the question using a span. Question-Answering Models are machine or deep learning models that can answer questions given some context, and sometimes without any context (e.g. open-domain QA). They can extract answer phrases from paragraphs, paraphrase the answer generatively, or choose one option out of a list of given options, and so on. LFQA is a variety of the generative question answering task. LFQA systems query large document stores for relevant information and then use this information to generate accurate, multi-sentence answers. In general, a generative model often suffers from two critical problems: (1) summariz-ing content irrelevant to a given question, and (2) drifting away from a correct answer during genera-tion. In this paper, we address these problems by a novel Rationale-Enriched Answer Generator. The difference between generative question answering and extractive question answering is that it is often used in reading comprehension style question answering system. Its main feature is that it can generate corresponding answers to users' questions after reading a specified article or paragraph. They can extract answer phrases from paragraphs, paraphrase the answer generatively, or choose one option out of a list of given options, and so on. Closed Generative QA: In this case, no context is provided. The answer is completely generated by a model. The schema above illustrates extractive, open book QA. The model takes a context and the question and extracts the answer from the given context. You can also differentiate QA models depending on whether they are open-domain or closed-domain. In this paper, a new generative question answering method based on knowledge graph is proposed, including three parts of knowledge vocabulary construction, data pre. Check out some of the frequently asked deep learning interview questions below: 1. What is Deep Learning? If you are going for a deep learning interview, you definitely know what exactly deep learning is. However, with this question the interviewee expects you to give an in-detail answer, with an example. Generative Adversarial Networks. A fundamental problem in machine learning is to fully represent all possible states of a variable x under consideration, i.e. to capture its full distribution. For this task, generative adversarial networks (GANs) were shown to be powerful tools in DL. They are important when the data has ambiguous solutions. Feb 14, 2020 · This means for large multi-variate time series, i.e. D > T, and the assumption that the dimension of the hidden state grows proportional to the number of simultaneous time-series modeled, i.e. F ∝ D, the Transformer flow model has smaller computational complexity. Question Answering. Given a context and a natural language query, we want to generate an answer for the query Depending on how the answer is generated, the task can be broadly divided into two types: Extractive Question Answering. Generative Question Answering. Extractive Question Answering with BERT-like models. The goal of Knowledge Base Question Answering (KBQA) systems is to transform natural language questions into SPARQL queries that are then used to retrieve answer (s) from the target Knowledge Base (KB). Relation linking is a crucial component in building KBQA systems. . Sats05 commented on March 6, 2022 . So I already generated my collection but I'd like to change the collection nameon the jsons, is there a way to. Initialized the hashlips generative art project and setup the index.js file. the first part of this project is about setting up the initial code to write the first image. The second part of the. Predictably, the standard approaches which have succeeded in extractive fact-finding QA dataests fail to achieve comparable accuracies in multi-hop QA, which involves generating an answer to a given question by combining several pieces of evidence from a given context. Fusion-in-decoder (Fid) (Izacard and Grave, 2020) is a generative question answering (QA) model that leverages passage retrieval with a pre-trained transformer and pushed the state of the art on single-hop QA. Generative Question Answering Evaluation • Widely used n-gram similarity metrics fail to capture the correctness of the generated answer because they equally consider each word in the. Beyond 'Vanilla' Question Answering: Start Using Classification, Summarization, and Generative QA Sentiment classification, summarization and even natural language generation can all be part. Discriminative question answering often overfit to datasets by catching any kinds of clue that leads to answer. WHAT? Abstract This paper presents the second place system for the R2VQ: competence-based multimodal question answering shared task. The purpose of this task is to involve semantic&cooking roles and. Being GPT-3 a generative model we may think that we are going to use it in the context of generative question answering. This is quite true but, since the output strongly depends on. The cdQA-suite is comprised of three blocks:. cdQA: an easy-to-use python package to implement a QA pipeline; cdQA-annotator: a tool built to facilitate the annotation of question. Extractive Question Answering. Generative Question Answering. Extractive Question Answering with BERT-like models. Given a question and a context, both in natural language, predict the span within the context with a start and end position which indicates the answer to the question. For every word in our training dataset the model predicts:. Sentiment classification, summarization and even natural language generation can all be part of your question answering system. 17.09.21. Neural Generative Question Answering jxfeb/Generative_QA • WS 2016 Empirical study shows the proposed model can effectively deal with the variations of questions and answers, and generate right and natural answers by referring to the facts in the knowledge-base. 56 04 Dec 2015 Paper Code Content. Question Answering (QA) is a branch of the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) field (which falls under the NLP umbrella). It aims to implement systems that, given a question.
